Meet in the Queens Arms from 5.00pm
The chaps assembled in the QA with no particular plan for a Simberesque route march around town. Rog made a rare guest appearance to join up with Chap, Dave, Tone, Phil, Ian, Steve W. and Simbers. The chaps sank plenty of ale, scratchings and crisps and set abbot putting the world to rights in usual fashion.
Simbers departed around 8.00pm to have a little soiree to the 'nose-end' of Solihull with Di's brothers and was not heard from again that night. this allowed Ian a 'free-pass' to stay out past the 10.10 train to Dozeville!, and also meant the chaps escaped a yomp around the streets of Brum as we stayed at the QA.
Nice relaxing session prior to Xmas, another year gone by, 3 more 50th's to look forward to in the new year.
